This note is the commercial side of the same system: how a trial becomes a local lease, and how paid checkout stays off this site.

Start the trial

Go to /get/. Email starts the trial lease. $0 is due today. There is no second confirm page.

JoyPay issues a signed entitlement lease for the trial window. On the next screen, download it and save it as:

~/.joymux/entitlement_lease.json

Then:

joymux license status

The lease is the local proof of the term. JoyMux evaluates it on your machine. No remote agent control.

After the trial, JoyMux Pro is $29/month, billed monthly. Convert is a real hosted checkout — not a fake $29 complete on this website.

There is no yearly SKU on the public site, and no invented money-back theatre. If a charge already happened, see refunds.

The trial is the same product surface: persistent sessions, replay, bounded context, shared runtime across Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, and OpenCode.

Download the macOS or Linux archive from the success page or /releases/ (or run install.sh), save the lease, then:

joymux init
joymux doctor --json

Default install puts the CLI on ~/.local/bin — keep that on your PATH.
