1. Who we are
JoyMux is a local execution runtime. Most processing happens on your machine. JoyPay (a separate system) may process billing identity and payment data when you check out.
2. Data we may process

The checkout page on this website collects a billing email so JoyPay can create a billing account. Card data is not entered on joymux.com.
3. Purposes
- Provide and secure the product (install binding, lease verification).
- Bill and renew subscriptions (via JoyPay).
- Support pilots and customer communications.
- Improve the product when you voluntarily submit feedback or support bundles.
- Meet legal obligations under Singapore law.
4. Sharing
We may share data with JoyPay and payment processors, professional advisers under confidentiality, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
- Local runtime data remains until you delete it or uninstall.
- Billing records follow JoyPay retention.
- Support bundles you send may be retained for investigation then deleted or anonymized.
6. Your choices
Subject to the PDPA and other applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal data via JoyPay account channels or your pilot coordinator. You can cancel subscriptions via JoyPay.
7. Children
JoyMux is directed at professional / adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for marketing.
8. Governing law
This notice is intended for products governed by the laws of Singapore.
